Xbox @ E3 2018 - E3 Briefing over. Summary & some vids in 1st post.

Dala already told us ages ago that HL3 is gonna be on Switch only.

I read about a couple of retailers apparently listing the RRP of the X at $399 ($349 on offer) in the US. People think it's a mistake, because the deals advertised aren't working, but it could be the case the promotions don't become active until the announcement of a price drop. I hope that's the case, seriously thinking about buying one for all the BC stuff, and with a couple of JRPGs apparently featuring at the presentation, I may need to. I think it might just be a case of Nier Automata and a Vesperia remaster though. Or Square-Enix making a few titles multi-platform. Excited for the show tonight.

I am also keeping an eye on an XBX purely for the enhanced BC capabilities and the fact I now have a 4K TV. If I could get one for under £299 and then trade in my Elite model to make it less than £200 I may very well bite

Otogi was them as well, right? People raved about those games, I thought they were bollocks personally. Love me some Dark Souls though, so I'm intrigued.

Can't stand dark souls, boring, hanky mess of games.i've played all bar 2, so do have experience in them.

It's funny that whenever you criticise Dark Souls, it's automatically because they are hard, nothing to do with them being genuinely badly made games.

I'm sorry, I forgot that Dark Souls is a masterpiece, and enemies don't do gooseberry fool like attack you through walls.

But you can criticise any game by picking apart minor glitches like that. The majority opinion is that Dark Souls (especially 1 and 3) are modern classics, it's you that is in the minority. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but you should absolutely expect most people to disagree with you.

People can disagree, that's fine, I did not once say they couldn't but when the response for your criticism is 'oh I'm so leet you find it hard' You can shove your snide strawberry floating banana split like comments up for prissy little arse.

I also dislike Dark Souls. I find the whole aesthetic unappealing, and I feel it only gets all the praise it gets so the praiser can make themselves look hardcore for being good at a difficult game. It's like those banana splits that think they're hard because they ate a Carolina Reaper pepper.

I really love it when you talk about any hard game and someone is bound to have completed it on ultra hardcore level on the first try without even trying.

Yeah, I completed Ikaruga on hard with one eye shut and constantly drinking vast quantities of rum on my first attempt why are you struggling :roll:
