Two teams might be a bit of a struggle but hopefully filling one should be do-able. When does the competition start?

Registration ends on the 5th January, with the competition starting on the 11th.

Xbox One? It's probably due to the Live issues. They will unlock eventually, probably while you're playing an entirely different game.

Right then folks. Due to overwhelming demand, looks like the three brave souls ready to represent GRcade this year are...

heatlight
hamm sandwich
Sevenfisher

Well that's if Seven is still down with it. He was kinda 'if you cant find anyone else I guess I'll do it'!

Any requests on a team name? I mean, I can stick with 'Team GRcade' if you like, but it's not that original.

I'm fine with Team GRcade because it's what we are really. If others want to do different name though I'm all for it.

OK, team is created. I've sent you guys a request to join, you just need to sign up and we're good to go. I'm going to create a new thread for the competition this year, hopefully get some people to cheer us on rather than being missed by everyone that doesn't go in the achievements thread.

Did you do ok this year - pressure was a bit much for me last year. I am a mellow player.

Also very close to 200000 landmark!

It's been easy so far actually, though I haven't done any Xbox gaming because of FFXIV...

Though next two days I'll be playing through Hobbit and various WP games.

The way the eliminations are going, I'd hope we can keep going for a good bit longer than last year. My current studies end in May so if we last until then I'll be able to kick on a bit. It's good fun at the moment. I remember the panic kicking in on the first week last year! I think the fact that we all have XBOX Ones and that there are so many more teams is really helping.

I think you'd have enjoyed the competition much more this year, sam. It's been really laid back. I'm sure it'll get harder later on, but the elimination cutoffs have been really small. Having the solo competition too is a nice bonus, adds to the friendly rivalry. Maybe next year eh? :)

I might have actually helped a little this year as I got a Bone for Christmas so my gaming increased slightly, plus all the 1000 arcade games make it slightly easier.

I'm hoping there'll be more Sega ports on Xbox One :shifty: I want more of these collections!

Sadly I don't think it'll happen since it seems go on 3DS mainly.

Well it has taken the best part of 10 years, but I've reached 6 figures. :toot:

I've been on an odd number of points for about the last 7 years, but yesterday by accident I got 9 points out Rabbids Big Bang and so I've been able to land dead on.

Of course, my next milestone suddenly becomes quite a long way off :fp: .
