One thread can't contain a shitstorm of this magnitude.

I don't know what to make of it all. Console looks like a old style DVD player. Controller looks like a 360 one with a hat on.

Forza looked good but all the screen shots where in front of the cars which lead me to believe its a replay. Fifa looked like a classic EA start up cut scene. The TV stuff was ok, I'm sure if the manage to do the Fantasy Football with real footy that could be cool (if they manage to buy the rights off of Sky).

I am sure we will see more in E3, the speed of the console was amazing and how quickly it changes but I don't care about Kinect I really don't

PLAY | Persona 3 Reloaded [3h]
WATCH | Ted Lasso S3, HiJack S1, The Apprentice S18
RACE | Devizes Half (April), Chew Valley 10k (June), GNR (Sept), Cardiff Half (Oct)

So it didn't get missed in the last page.

If it doesn't have to be connected to the internet, how is this DRM supposed to work?

People could confuse this with a redesign of the original.

Sony did well keeping it simple. This is just a total joke.

It doesn't have to be connected to play.
Activation on the other hand may well be a different matter.

Okay, I've literally just seen this, so this is my very first and probably poorly informed reaction. My initial impressions are:
1. The console itself looks awesome, as does the controller.
2. "Xbox One" what the strawberry float? Talk about confusing.
3. There is effectively a "console pass" for all games thanks to the pre-owned thing. That is absolutely gooseberry fool. strawberry float off MS.
4. Why do I have to connect shitty Kinect up to it just to get it to work?
5. Glad it doesn't have to be online all the time.
6. No backward compatibility? Seriously? The 360 had more or less PC architecture, how hard could it have been?

That's not Iwata's actual Twitter, though. It's a joke account.
