Why the strawberry float wasn't this there at launch though? So many Xbox 360 owners abandoned Microsoft for PS4s early gen, imagine if they'd have been able to not just keep but actually improve their existing catalogue of games. :fp:

They were too busy trying to get people to watch TV.

I'd laugh if that wasn't so true.

I watched this video on a 4k TV. It looked incredibly good. I also fired-up Fable and, although not as impressive as Forza, it much easier on the eye than a few weeks ago.

I've got Witcher 2 but have hardly played it. Might be a good incentive to give it a whirl.

I really love that MS are doing this.

I wonder if it means we'll see games made now get next gen enhancements for free? Even if it's just to make sure everything runs rock solid at 30/60 fps I think people will see an improvement.

Well 30-60fps is usually built into game code but MS aren’t touching the code itself more the emulation. I can see games having an option to unlock framerates with future emulation in mind though.

Played some Forza Horizon today, it’s basically a remaster. Crazy that they can do this.

I got too invested in it on Saturday and found myself storming the chinese boss' high rise before I'd even done half of the regular chumps. Managed to beat him up as well, which then found me storming the other facilities, and before I knew it it was almost 02:00. Such a blast to play.

Will the touchup to The Witcher 2 make the combat less terrible? :shifty: I guess I’ll just put it on easy.
Would love to play Witcher 3 eventually but 2 still looks worth it.

Super neat on Peace Walker, surely means MGS2 and 3 are due down the line. Y'lucky One owners!

I'll be even more envious of those with an X if the games get updated for 4k <_<

Gave it a quick go earlier and came top in my first game :datass: Holy gooseberry fool the resolution :dread:  It's pretty hard to pick people out at a distance on some maps. Looked it ups to see what it's running at and apparently its 1024 x 600 upscaled.
