A couple of nights ago, while playing Rocket League a friend and I filed a complaint on an xbox live tag (ERASE THE BLACKS). We both got messages from Xbox last night saying "thankyou for making Xbox live safer for everyone. We took action on one or more of the recent compaints you filed."

I hope his account was suspended, I hear the prick may have just been told to change gamertag for free but I think it's worse as I've never gotten a message from Xbox Live before about such things.

Should work. I always use my PS4s Gold headphone via the 3.5m lead that comes with them, mic works too.

Ta. I've learnt that the standard 3.5mm jack actually has two variations CTIA and OMTP, the latter has problems with Xbox One controllers.
My standard headphones actually do work with the Xbox One, but the in-line mic. was turned all the way down.
