Xbox One Chat - May Xbox Update Available & Introducing the Xbox Adaptive Controller (p289)

I really like the grey green one. I'm really tempted to get it even though I don't need it but just because how it looks which is not like me at all.

I have nearly bought controllers a few times from their controller lab thing where you can design your own.

Love the idea of a controller where every panel is a different colour

It would be so great if Fable IV is announced this E3 then drops before Christmas. It makes sense that a new Fable game is made by a British team as they will keep some of that irreverent humour from the series. If it really is set in Japan then they will need to blend that style in a fantasy-feudal era game which could work well but then would they make it a jokey pastiche of Japanese games or remove the humour? Personally I would be quite happy with the previous fantasy setting as long as it's kept away from the modern age - i.e. no guns.

I think it's Forza that will be set in Japan, not Fable. At least I think that's what's inferred, I still don't really get that post and why it's all phrased like it is.

Probably because the information was illegally obtained, this way it can be claimed as lucky guesses or to protect a source

A Japanese themed land in fable wild probably work well. The weapons and armour look of the feudal period could easily be over exaggerated to match traditional fable. Fable 3 was partially set in North Africa type lands too so there’s no reason they couldn’t globe trot again in Fable 4

Fable 3 was gooseberry fool though.

So were the other two. The only good thing to come from Fable is Fable Pub Games on Windows Phone

I'd like them to do London again as they did with Project Gotham 3.
Racing through Marble Arch and down The Mall would be great and to see some of the new skyscrapers, stations and maybe a stadium or two could be pretty epic.

They don't even need to do as much work as last time as most of the information is available via google street view.

I need a new borderlands game

Borderlands would be ruined nowadays, every chest you find would require a microtransaction to open.
You'd probably have to pay a microtransaction to loot boss corpses too.

Picked up Master Chief Collection the other day and finished Halo: CE last night. Still holds up.

Looking forward to starting the updated version of Halo 2 as well, as I only ever finished that once.

It'd be very flat with no hills though.
However it could have tractors in the way and the odd Lotus tazzing around to spice things up
Maybe with the added threat of a tidal wave appearing at any time to wipe out the whole area

It's a cracking collection considering how cheap it seems to be everywhere now. Halo 2 Anniversary is brill, but it's strange going from the remaster Halo 1 + 2 to then just normal Halo 3

Finally got back onto ODST last night - There's something really weird about the way the achievements are unlocking, though. You'll finish a mission, roam New Mombasa and find a few more audio logs, and then the achievement for finishing the mission will pop. Like everything's incredibly laggy

I'm enjoying it a lot more than I did the first time around, too.

Yeah I got the ODST add-on as well. Picked up the 360 version of Reach too, so once I've gotten through them all the only one I'm still to play is Guardians, which hopefully will still be on Gamepass.

It's a shame they couldn't include Reach in the Collection as well. It feels a little incomplete without it, especially since they went back and added ODST.

Mostly though I'm waiting for the X-Enhanced patch to really make them sing. Hopefully won't be too long for that.
