When it was first released, I saw a tip from one of the team and I've used it ever since. To get to the home screen quickly, press the guide button then A twice. Obviously this is basically just selecting the option on-screen, but you don't have to think about it, or move the cursor.

It doesn't seem odd really, you're also gonna get Halo Wars 2 aren't you? As for City Skylines, It'll be on sale at some point and lets be honest, that's both a time sink and more of a 'winter' game really.

I think as a showcase Forza 7 will be as I haven't played a forza game since the 360 days and it would be nice to see how the main Halo games are going and if they've managed to ruin the story as badly as I've heard. I'm a bit worried about re-activating my xbox live account as I've not signed in in at least 4 or 5 years and to be honest have no idea how I'd go about re-activating it :shifty:

I wonder if your gamertag has gone also, MS 'decomissioned' old gamertags that had dorment accounts a while ago.

I just had a look and it seems I signed in a few years ago to spend the microsoft points I had left before they disappeared and bought Ticket to Ride. I should be fine to just sign in with the account as soon as I get the Scorpio.

Yep if you know your details it'd take about 1minute to re-activate. All digital games you owned on 360 or got with gold sub that have been made backwards compatible will also populate your 'ready to download' list.

Has there been any sort of talk regarding publishers being given special deals to make their games "Play Anywhere" titles? I noticed that Enter the Gungeon and Snake Pass are both included in that programme and the Shadow or Mordor sequel is going to be as well. Do MS take a smaller cut of Play Anywhere games, are they paying devs to support it or is it a case that these companies want a bit more competition for Steam?

How do you appeal a Live suspension? Some little banana split messaged me after losing a match on Gears 4 trying to insult me about being a noob (He lost, good one banana split) so my exact reply was "Awww did someone lose? Go strawberry float yourself you maggot" and within a space of 2 minutes I get an email from Live stating my account has been suspended over this. So, what its ok for some little twat to start something but suspend the other ones account for giving back?

I'm overjoyed right now that I don't own an Xbox One and Gears 4 is the only game I play through Live on my PC. Little twats still a little twat. Twat.

Only a temp till tomorrow night. What he's done is as good as harass/intimidate or an attempt to which backfired. I didn't start a conversation with him and he had zero reason (apart from being gooseberry fool and a banana split) to message me.

The trick is not to respond as there is no way to come back that doesn't make you look mad or salty, or they were trying to bait you into saying something report-worthy. Delete it and move on.
