Surely everyone has that now, don't they? I don't even really like Assassin's Creed and I still bought it from CDkeys.

Yeah I imagine so but figured I would ask I have a spare code :D

I genuinely have not played Unity so if the code is still going....? :shifty:
Played AC2, Brotherhood, Revelarions, AC3, AC4 but that’s it.
Is Unity rubbish then judging by the above comments?

@BIDO
I hope not.

Ideally they'd go back and make a sequel to Fable:The Lost Chapters*. There's a whole pile of mechanics in that game that existed alongside the campaign that hinted at a much more systems driven world that seemed to be the game Fable was originally meant to be. Go back and flesh out what Fable was originally pitched as being.

* I'm calling out The Lost Chapters specifically because that added a lot of sidequests to make the world seem more alive.

Sources: Microsoft plots Fable return

Work is underway on a brand new, big-budget Fable game, Eurogamer can reveal.

Fable franchise owner Microsoft has tasked UK developer Playground, which makes the Forza Horizon racing games for Xbox and PC, with creating this new Fable, sources close to the project have told Eurogamer. Microsoft said in a statement it does not comment on rumour or speculation.

We've heard the new Fable is planned as a story and character-focussed open-world action RPG. A significant investment in its development is also planned, with some 200 people set to work on the game at Playground's newly-established second office in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

Don't expect to play this new Fable any time soon, however. We've heard it's early days in terms of development, with Playground currently staffing up the team from double digits to its triple digit target.

This new Fable is seen as something of a clean break, and while all Fable Legends assets were backed up after Lionhead shut down, the expectation is Playground is starting from scratch as it bids to revive the Xbox-exclusive franchise.

Post from ZhugeEX, a mod on Resetera -

Been wanting to make this post for a while now.

The Xbox team is currently using the budget they have to invest in a number of key areas starting from 2017/18. These areas are.
- Microsoft Games Publishing
- Digital Ecosystem
- Windows 10 x Xbox

I should note that a lot of the investment going on now is something that will be fully reflected in the 'next generation' (whatever that actually means). What this means, in the case of something like the recently rumored Fable 4 game for example, is that you shouldn't expect that project and other similar projects to release for quite some time. However, any initiatives that you do see hit in 2018 / 2019 are an indication of what Microsoft is planning for the 'next generation'.

So the first point is that Microsoft are looking into using the budget they have to invest in new projects (both first party and external) to bring them to Xbox in the future. Whilst there will be a couple of surprise games this generation, the majority of projects in the works or planned are going to be a while out. There will still be a live service focus across all of their big games of course.

The second point regarding digital ecosystem concerns services like Xbox Live, Xbox Games Pass, Mixer etc... You're going to see a lot more focus on those services moving forward and integration into the Xbox games / services ecosystem. In fact, there is a very big announcement that we should see next week that will give you an indication of how Microsoft intends to treat digital games in the future.

The third point is continued investment in both the Windows 10 and Xbox ecosystem to create one unified Xbox platform. Initiatives like Play Anywhere and a single store are examples of that. Integration should go even further in the future.

The above is going to be a slow process and you'll see results starting from this year through to 'next gen'. That being said, don't expect this to mean Microsoft will have 100 first party games and all your dreams will come true. They're still working within the resources they have.

Think the bolded will be something to do with Game Pass.

Is it viable for Gamepass to also become a PSNow competitor at its current price point?

The always online stuff? I don't think they would have an announcement for that!

My guess is dropping Games With Gold and changing to a two tier structure, just online gaming for £20 per year and Online with Game Pass for £100. They're getting called out every month on the GWG being gooseberry fool 'because they're keeping everything back for Game Pass'.

I think it's a bit much to ask for £40 though.

Yeh pretty good that. Probably the best month in a while. No idea what that first one is and haven't we got that Assassins Creed already? I recognise the cover. I never picked up Split Second, that's the crazy car one right that came out around the same time as Blur? And I haven't played Crazy Taxi since the arcades.
