X1X update apparently up now with a performance mode which puts it at 60fps.

I have a original Xbox One, Xbox One S and a Xbox One X, sadly though I don’t have a 4K tv yet so I can’t fully appreciate the upgrade yet, but even with the minor improvements I’m happy

At the moment I have got quite a back log of games but I’m into games like Forza, Fifa, Assassins Creed, Zoo Tycoon, COD/Battlefield, Wolfenstien, TellTale Games, Ghost Recon etc so pretty much anything and everything

It is not Rik. Rik would be playing on a 4K 65" TV.

Yes?

Our Xbox One stopped displaying in HD today, telling us it was displaying a DVI connection. No sound output, either. Stupid thing needed to be told to display via HDMI in the display settings, and in uncompressed stereo instead of 7.1 surround (as if we have the money for a 7.1 system :slol: ), which sorted it right out.

Welcome.

Ghost Recon you say? Been playing Wildlands with a friend most week nights. Cracking stuff. Far better than I had originally anticipated.

Just for anyone interested the Elex and Resident Evil 7 one X patches have finally both dropped recently.

More excitingly, Doom has reportedly changed from "in development" to "coming soon" on Microsoft's list - I've been waiting ages for that, can't wait to see what ID do with it.. if they can get it running at 4K 60fps with some extra graphical niceties that would be amazing. I'd love to see HDR added too but that's probably wishful thinking. Guess we may get 4k 30fps with option for 1080p 60fps but as they've always pushed Doom as a 60fps game I suspect they'll keep that and push the resolution and graphics as high as they can.

Anyone else still waiting for patches for other older games? Rainbow Six and The Division would be nice though thinking the latter prob won't see a patch now the sequels on its way. Would love a Battlefield 1 patch too but also probably unlikely now I guess.

Rocket League and The Division are the only ones I’m really waiting for. Rock Band 4 would be nice but I can’t imagine Harmonix have the resources for to do a 4K patch on the X and Pro
