8 different billboards to find in 8 European countries . Then piece together the letters. Great community effort

The answer is below if you want it, put it in the holopad

BADACSONYTOMAJ

I thought about using google street view to look at them as a lot of the locations were given away in the video but in the end I cheated  It's a little too early to start doing big collaboration events like this in my opinion.

New space opened today.

You have to solve a text based adventure.

Xi's been going for a little over two weeks now and, since its launch, has grown substantially in scope. While the ARGish puzzles at the start were fun, the games that have been revealed since then now rival every other Home space available. So far, at least. The first teleporter in the Hub is now open and will lead you to three gaming rooms.

The first tasks you with completing a series of six mini games and then reaching the exit as quickly as possible. In another room you'll find Maximum Tilt -- a virtual reality hoverbike game -- and in another resides an old school adventure game called Caverns Of The Bandit King. From the looks of things Xi will continue to reveal itself and, hopefully, more games such of these.

The overarching mystery of Xi has also expanded, spilling over into the real world. It's at this point that it becomes a collaberative effort to discover what's going on, so head on over to the official US or European Home forums, or the in-Xi forum via the Online Gateway, and get involved. Or you could just sit back and enjoy the games while everyone else figures it all out. Either works

I haven't really enjoyed the last two challenges. The billboard one felt like a bit of a disappointment because it limited the number that could participate based on where they lived, and the coordinates puzzle was infuriating to the point I looked it up, and though there was some logic in the clues, they ended up throwing me a fair bit, and I never would have got there on my own. Some of the games that have been unlocked are awesome though.

EDIT: I did spot a post on the message boards though, speculating as to whether the messages that crop up on Jess's desktop are scripted or not. His argument was that they must have been, because there was too much punctuation. :fp:

This is criminally overlooked. Today's challenge is in a new area found in the centre place. The puzzle is easy but fun.

Agreed.

In other news: 24, 783 on Maximum Tilt (Expert), less than 300 points away from the required amount.

I thought it was very easy actually, my first go I didn't know what I was doing and scored 18,000 on my 2nd attempt I got 27,000.

Edit: Just realised that was on easy, but I just played it on hard and got 25,500 on my 2nd go.

Has anyone attempted Stapler's latest puzzle? The one with the Japanese card in the locker.

Haven't worked it out yet.

Have you translated what's in the locker yet?

Figure it out and then put it into one of the security terminals in maintenance.

The code is Red, light blue, yellow and green.

Today's new game was poor. Too easy and too repetitive.

I carefully looked through loads of different symbols but none of them matched. How did I not think of looking up colours. :fp:

Some Star Trek Promotional stuff:
Eurogamer wrote:Starting today, there will be a video greeting by director JJ Abrams to watch plus a brand new trailer for the film, which stars British funny-man Simon Pegg as Scotty.

Then, from 23rd April, there will be Starfleet costumes and t-shirts to deck avatars out in, according to Kotaku.

But before that, on 20th April, fans will be able to join Abrams and Star Trek stars Chris Pine (Kirk) and Zachary Quinto (Spock) for a live Q&A session inside PlayStation Home.

I haven't used Home since...

...the first time I used it. I really should give it a look.

So far this year, I have eaten NO mince pies.

Yep. It's an old school favourite so everyone should know the right way to go about it.

Standing at 9 fragments and 7 butterflies.
