I prefer the idea that they are tiny little screens.

I’m wondering if they use HDR to boost the light/dark spectrum. Maybe I’ve entered a new era of lighting without quite realising it.

Will be getting the tree out of the loft tonight along with my Christmas jumpers which are sealed away.

Loading up the phone with Christmas music on Sunday. If anyone wants 3 cds worth of cheesey classics, classics and old time.christmas tunes, send me a pm.

Christmas tree is up. Ran out of string for bobbles and I need more tinsel for the room.

I saw an offer at Tesco for something called “luxury tinsel”. I laughed.

Just watched Planes, trains and automobiles for the first time.

It's not Christmas until John Candy smiles at the end of a film

Such a lovely movie. The ending is killer and the scene in the car with the two trucks. Brilliant soundtrack too. It's easily John Candy's best film and a top 3 John Hughes film.

It's shown on tv sometimes but is often cut to pieces with Steve Martin's tirade at the car rental woman being edited to lose all the F Bombs.

Wish my image sig would work

Decorations up (living room, bedroom, work). Presents bought (mostly). At least 12 mince pies eaten. Muppets Christmas Carol watched.

Almost there with presents, two more things to get.

House feels more seasonal. Will be buying more tinsel to put throughout the house. I bought a star for the tree, but it is too heavy for it. Plus all the glitter went everywhere.

Still need to pick up a tree but got decorations up and collected my Fortnum & Mason hamper I'm treating myself to this year. Cannot wait.

Wow I don't expect GRcade to change completely as I clicked on the thread... I love it!

But yeah, I don't think I'll ever dislike Christmas - I mean, I'm depressed at the moment (well sort of) but will always have time for Christmas. Especially trees ❤️

Best thing about the build up to Christmas is the music.
