Outsnobbing you here matey, but if it ain't home made just forget it. Not even M&S can compare to a fully packed home pie

But those aren't just mince pies, they're M&S mince pies!

I've tried making mince pies once and I didn't enjoy them as much as the Sainsbury's TTD ones. So I just buy those now.

I really want another mince pie now but don't have any in :(

Went to Manchester this last week. The last time I was there (aka, when I was moving out) was Christmas and the cold weather recently, combined with every shop on the high street having their Christmas stuff out, got me reeeeall excited.

I strawberry floating love Christmas.

I’ve ordered a personalised stocking for my cat. And picked up a few treats for it. She’ll also be getting a proper, human style bed from ikea which I’ll pick up closer to the time. I’ll make some fleece blankets for it.

I’ve also bought gingerbread dough (lazy I know) and will be making the Christmas cake next week.
