We have a hot polish Yodel girl deliver to my work. Anyway the other day she delivered a box, bent over to fill out the paperwork leaning on the box revealing all as her top hung away from her chest. I was in awe.

Yodel, 10/10 for me.

They turned up at 4.30pm (when it should have been latest 3pm) with a guy in a normal white van and a yodel shirt on. HDNL  :fp:

I'm currently waiting for them to deliver 4 pairs of socks, thankfully that's something you can shove through the letterbox.

No idea why they still use the HDNL branding when everyone knows they are terrible.

Had another one of the "shove through the letterbox and run" couriers the other day :fp:

Any company with a modicum of sense would search Twitter for complaints and act on them accordingly. What does Yodel do? Threatens Twitter with legal action for allowing 'libellous' posting about its company

Terrible, terrible organisation.

Not Yodel but a delivery company story all the same.

Had to order something from Dell, thing got sent, arrived on time (although late in the afternoon) but the courier decided the best way to deliver it to me was to open the front door, leave the package in the hall, shut the door again and bugger off. All this without knocking or trying the door bell :fp:

strawberry float knows where he would've put it if the door was locked.

strawberry float, ordered a new monitor from amazon, thought by clicking "first class/next day delivery" it meant royal mail or some other non-shit company. It's in transit now, will be keeping screenshots of progress. Fortunately it's getting delivered to my dad's work, so that hopefully removes the "nobody there" or "couldn't find the place" variables for non-delivery, which should help somewhat.

We've had at least one YODEL driver claim that nobody was present where I work. That would be the county fire service HQ during work hours. :|

Well strawberry float me, it's apparently arrived, and no mention of it being smashed/crumpled, so maybe I got lucky. Still not ordering anything from amazon ever again though, I don't want to tempt fate any more than I have done...

Not a Yodel story but just as bad if not worse.

So I had a competition to guess the time of the 100m during the olympics with the winner getting some gold medal stamps. Barley won and he picked his stamps, gave me his address and I ordered them. You've probably already guessed that the stamps turned up here today. I briefly thought it may have been my mistake but then I saw the invoice they sent me......

These are the people who deliver our post :fp:

I had a decent Yodel employee earlier in the year (and posted in here about it) but she has obviously left the company as they are back to their fuckwit selves.

I have a parcel I am waiting for that they tried (according to their website) to deliver on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Both were returned as "unable to gain timely access". Fair enough if that means that I wasn't in (as I wasn't) but you would think they would at least leave a card so I could call them.

I am home today and the parcel is once again out for delivery. I just sent a shitty email to them so hopefully they don't strawberry float this up.

Useless mummy strawberry floaters. Once again my parcel is out for delivery and then they update their website to say "unable to gain timely access" and send it back to depot. I have been tweeting them and was promised delivery today. I tweet again and they say I can go to their depot to collect or it will be out for delivery again tomorrow. I have demanded they deliver it today and told them I am furious. Not that they give a strawberry float.

Utter banana splits. :x
