It does have some awesome games, but if anything summed up the current situation with the Wii it's that.

Besides, Japan gets Captain Rainbow and Alien Crush Returns this week. :o

Indeed. A crying shame, really, as the console has so much potential. Still... this time next year if nothing has changed we'll know Nintendo have.

Meanwhile, the 360 has mountains of AAA titles on the way. Surely the console of choice this Christmas?

Indeed. 360 + DS = gaming heaven, really. And I've got my PS3 as my LBP player.

And I bet Q1+2 2009 is a happier time for hardcore Wii gamers than the rest of this year (although I bet Wii Music is actually going to be brilliant).

I wonder what the record is for the cheapest to make full price game is? Just give a developer £300 and call the game "Super Happy Fun Bus of Ultimate Dreams" and you have a winner.

I don't think Chicken Shoot could have cost more than £50 to develop.

Working on a budget Wii title can be soul destroying (at times).

I have said it before and I will say it again - Casual Nintendo with some AAA Nintendo games thrown in is better than no Nintendo at all because if it tried to compete with Sony and MS directly it probably would have failed.

We should be thankful there is one traditional videogame company still here rather than poke fun at the various casual games out on it!

End of Rant

Everyone should love Nintendo! :D
