Your favourite cocktail?

What cocktail do you guys like?

My current favourite is the Long Island Iced Tea. There are slightly different variations, but usually it consists of Gin, Tequila, Bacardi, Countreau and Vodka mixed with crushed iced and a little bit of coke to give it that iced tea look.

It definately gets me pissed quick, but also tastes rather nice and is a mans cocktail. 8-)

My favourite cocktail consists of: boiling water, a tea bag and milk.

First boil your kettle. While this is happening place a tea bag into your favourite mug. My favourite mug has Mario and Yoshi on the side. When the kettle boils, pour hot water ON TOP of the bag inside the mug. Leave to stand for a few seconds but DO NOT let it stew. Remove the bag and add a small splash of milk. Then stir. If you're stupid in the head add sugar at this point. Enjoy!

Had an awesome one recently... spiced mojito. Basically a mojito made with spiced rum instead of plain rum.

Delicious!

I like the odd Mojito, but theres shitloads of sugar in there, the cocktail maker at my local puts sugar cubes and sugar syrup. I had a Cinnamon Mojito the other day which was okay, but not refreshing enough.

Anyone like the shot jagerbomb shot/cocktail?

Jagerbombs are cool, not a proper cocktail though.

A good mojito will have a mix between sweet, mint, and lime. Unfortunatly not many places get it right.

Used to be a great Cocktail bar in Leicester I used to go to, called Firebug. Wish I could have brought it home with me.

I also make a mean appletini. 8-)

In answer to your question, Moscow Mules are my favourite cocktail. Preferably served on the rocks with Angostura bitters and cucumber which some people call a "Garden Mule".

Just drink JD & Ameretto without the cola. Of course after watching the Big Lebowski you have to drink copious amounts of White Russians.

I love a good Amaretto sour, which is basically just Amaretto with loads of lemon juice. I'm also quite fond of White Russians (because everybody wants to be like The Dude).

Font Bar in Manchester is awesome - £2.00 cocktails all the time. They do one called a Purple Haze as well which is really tasty.
