The Walking Dead
Hotline Miami
Mark of the Ninja

These were among the best games of the year altogether, let alone downloadable only. Trials Evo and Dust: An Elysian Tail were also great.

Walking Dead was amazing, and further proof that video games don't just have to be about 'fun' gameplay to be endearing. IMO it was worthy of all the buzz.

Trials Evolution was great fun, hard as nails but finely tuned and exhilarating all the same. Spent many hours chasing medals...

Also really dug Dust, Pullblox, Mighty Switch Force and Fez (though I always feel like I'm about to get a headache when playing it...). Wish I had a PS3 for Journey ;_;

Yeah, I'm actually very happy with Sega at the moment because of their excellent digital stuff. They've had a rocky history with ports (Sonic 1 GBA, blegh) but their recent ones have been superb, accurate but updated to HD standards pleasingly. It has led to a lot of guilty pleasure gaming with Sonic the Fighters and Sonic Adventure 2 though :shifty:
