This was my first celebrity crush - but who is she?

This is her as she appears today. She was 14 when she was in that thing she was in, but I was only 8 so it's not weird. Also, she's not a cartoon rabbit. Obviously I don't think the 14 year old version of her in the film is hot now, but I do like the thirty-something version of her here.

Also, Tiffani Amber Thiessen was another girl I would have done before I fully understood what I needed to do...
