She’s a lucky girl.

Just realised it 14 years TODAY, probably best mark it with a minute silence or some flowers or something.

I thought you were about the same age as me (almost 30). Have you been with the same girl since your mid-teens?

Got together when I was 18, she was 17. I'm 32 now.

8 years with my ex. Was happy enough with her, but it kind of just fizzled out a bit to the point where we were basically just friends that lived and slept together. Was a pretty mild break-up actually.

Been with my fiancée for 1 1/2 years and only got engaged on Saturday there and I've never been as happy as I am now.

My longest was 7 years. My current relationship is 4 years. Other notables are 3 years for first wife and a few that lasted 1 or 2 years.

I get bored when I'm single and tend to have lots of one night stands with the odd 2 week - 3 month flings thrown in for good measure. I can't remember half of their names. There have been a lot called Nikki though, which helps.

5 years until I met someone who I thought made me happier.

2 years to admit I was wrong.

Single about 8 months.

Does my right hand count as a relationship?

Seriously though, circumstances have meant I have been single for most of my life and I can't really see that changing now my disability has progressed to a point where I'm housebound and almost unable to move.

I have had a girlfriend when I was around 14 but it didn't last too long (we'd known each other since we were 8 years old but obviously were just friends for the majority of that time, when our 'relatonship' ended so did our friendship, we still spoke to each other but just drifted apart over time, I haven't seen her since leaving school).

Started going out with my wife 14 years ago and have been happily married for the last 10!

Before that there wasn't really anything of any significance. Girls were never majorly on my radar at school, I was always much more into games and football than anything - had the odd dalliance but nothing that I would consider as a "relationship".

Technically it was 2 years back in secondary school. However we were both incredibly shy and barely spoke during those years so I'm not sure I even count it. Single since then.
