It's between seeing Alan Wake, Forza 3 and Splinter Cell in action at Microsoft's conference and Halo Reach being announced meaning that we'll finally see a Halo game featuing multiple Spartans.

On a serious gaming note...it has to be Super Mario Galaxy 2 (although if I hadn't already seen The Last Guardian that'd be closer).
