Got to the bit entering the supermarket where the alarm goes off and panicked

I love this game, its pretty special. It has a few glitches along the way (I got a zombi in one place that kept floating in mid air in front me - only happened once), but they kind of lighten the tension a bit, because this is easily the most tense game I have ever played.

So I'm not quite as good at this as I had hoped. There seem to be very clear death points in the game and so far I've died at every single one. It is incredibly tense and a quality example of survival horror though, just hope the constant dying and losing progress doesn't become to frustrating.

This is excellent and the whole thing is put together well. Have to say, if I'm ever in this situation in real life, I'm strawberry floated

A bit over 90 minutes in. Now on 9th survivor  :fp:

Hating that it only stores your last one survivor as an infected though. If I die before I can loot my old stuff, then it's lost forever and I can only loot an 'empty' previous survivor :x

It didn't for me. It just kept wanting me to keep pushing on. It really is an under-rated gem.

I realised that but then I remember that I get more frightened and useless in games than in real life. I think it is because I am powerless in these games, whereas on real life I am not.

Laga.. I had over 30 in the end.. But it was 12 before a certain point though. It killed me.

What's the point of the health bar if you can still be taken down when it's pretty much full? :fp:

It's not very difficult to go back and get your stuff TBH. I tend to kill every Zombie I come across so it has always been quite easy to get my stuff back. If you think you've died a lot of times now, wait until you get to
the arena.

The music is a strawberry floating bastard for ramping up the tension when you're sure there's nothing around. One issue I have so far is that the scanning an area becomes pretty redundant when zombies can spawn from nowhere when they feel like it.

I've played this for another little while tonight, and I'm just not getting it :( I'm just really gooseberry fool at it, first and foremost I suppose, but I just don't have the drive or the desire to keep on going once a survivor has been killed - I'm on fifteen or something stupid already!!

It's a shame because it does have.....something, but I just don't think I can be arsed with it. It's not enough fun (if that's the right word for a survival game) for the effort it takes.

I called off his players' names as they came marching up the steps behind him....All nice guys. They'll finish last. Nice guys. Finish last.

I can sort of see where your coming from, you do have to play it a certain and if you don't enjoy the slow methodical style then it ca become frustrating, there a definite rewards to it though.

I just played through the whole of Buckingham Palace with one survivor, my nerves are shredded I couldn't even afford a swipe near the end and one of the zombies was charging me like a mother strawberry floater I was screaming with my survivor in the cricket bat swipes.

Great stuff.

Spitter Zombies :x

See also - Incredibly slow attack speed with cricket bat :x Why can't I just swing it infront of me like a madman at head height and smack all 3 of the zombies coming at me at the same time?

I don't really get some of the code doors and scanning of messages? Sometimes I find a code door with seemingly nothing to hint at what the code might be, other times there is some semblance of a hidden message but no idea what it actually is.

Just did the flat bit and wasted a tonne of ammo on the dancing zombies. Managed to get through the whole thing with one survivor though, a bit longer and he'll become my best effort yet.

There are multiple explosive points in that room. Plus you can turn the music on and off and on again to keep them distracted.

And the code doors will become clear in time.

I just strolled right past the dancers. Left them to enjoy their music (and save my ammo)

I just picked them off one at a time, they seemed to keep dancing whilst I batted them at my leisure. Agree about the codes though, can't see how you find the code for the door (in the office) at the flats level.

I haven't had any messages left for me either?

I went looking over old locations for ammo as the CCTV thing said there was some laying about but I couldn't find anything :?

That part of the game is strawberry floated, I have still not found my Carbine despite dyng a few times and letting the location change.

If you die and don't get your stuff back, it really is lost.
