I dont know how you all feel, if some are bored of this now, so the Kentucky and Tennessee route is the quickest route to DC.

Without any idea of where they really were going, the heroes ventured over the border into Kentucky. They were getting close to Washington DC, and the assassination date was drawing close.

The desert landscape seemed to stretch on forever as the heroes walked on.

However, just ahead they saw a figure standing there. A familiar figure, one of their friends whom had passed away at the beginning of their journey. It had been their fault he had died... and he stood just ahead of them.

Angus McGraft (Captain Kil) stood facing them. He was speaking, but his lips were not moving.

"Why did you leave me behind."

Even from a distance, they could hear his words.

"You will regret leaving me behind."

Angus McGraft blurred suddenly, flew across the sand towards Banjo and Memento Mori. He dissapeared as he approached them.

Almost instantly, a sudden pain struck them all. Their heads began to pound, gradually getting more painful.

"What the hell is this?" Ronnie Fastfingers yelled.
Maury Pensare had heard of creatures like these, he had read about them from medieval tales.

"I think, I have read about these. Spirits of the dead walk the land, finding people to possess and force them to kill each other! They were called Dreadmorts."

The pain was intensifying.

"You can trick the spirit into leaving the persons body by threatening the hosts body. It will try and run if the host is about to die."

It was decided. The spirit has posessed either Maury Pensare or Akonting Jim.

If you correctly guess the person who has been possessed, the Dreadmort will leave. If you nominate the person without the Dreadmort in them, that person will be shot, the Dreadmort will be pleased and leave.

A- Shoot Akonting Jim
B- Shoot Maury Pensare
C- Try and run away, at the risk of your heads exploding.

Couldn't half of us threaten Maury and half threaten Banjo and then the Dreadmort will definitely leave and we won't have to resort to killing either of them?

I told you how to kill the Dreadmorts. If I had been posessed surely I would have lied.

Luis, being the most eager to end the pain, held his revolver to Maury Pensares' head. He pulled the trigger.

However, the gun jammed. The Dreadmort, upon sensing danger flew out of Maury's body and dissapeared into the hills.

With the Dreadmort gone, the pain began to subside. They all slumped to the dusty ground and took a long, well deserved break.

An hour later, they began their journey into the state of Virginia, heading straight for Washington DC.

Washington DC

You arrive in the countries capital with only a day to spare. Union troops are preparing for the arrival of President Lincoln, closing the bridges out of the city. Using some money you have aquired, you purchase dressy clothes which will help you get inside the Theatre.

You all quickly locate Ford's Theatre and survey the area. You think about warning the guards of the assassination attempt, but knew they would not take you seriously and might even suspect you of being involved in an attempt. You were alone.

The Theatre is open, you enter the lobby and see a red carpet leading to the theatre. To your right is a door leading up to the special viewing boxes.

You find a map of the theatre on the wall, along with ticket prices.

Now is time to plan your prevention. Remember all that lovely treasure you have? Well you may spend it within the theatre. What you spend it on is upto you, and spending will help you prevent Lincoln's death. However, spending it may destroy your chances at winning the game, as it will be deducted from your final gold score. You must choose what tickets you wish to buy, or you can hang around the lobby area for free.

These are the values you each have to spend:

LewisD: 130 gold
Roonmastor- 110 gold
Banjo- 90 gold
Memento Mori- 90 gold
PsychicSykes- 90 gold.

There are 5 of you, so you must come up with a plan.

Decide where you want to go within the theatre, keeping in mind the price it will cost you get into the area.

Right, now the assassin John Wilkes Booth, was an actor in the play and at some point stealthed his way into Lincoln's box and shot him. He had earlier drilled through the lock on the door to the presidential box. We need to have someone in the corridor outside Lincoln's box and perhaps backstage to stop Booth.

I care not for spending my gold. Instead, I shall be concealed in the shadows with my sniper rifle, ready to take out Booth when he makes his move. Job done.

Where though Banjo?

As I've got absolutely no chance of winning, I'll guard the President's stall if you guys can give me 10 gold between you.

President's box for me.

I don't care if it's using most of my money. I'm going to save that man! Even if it means my life!
Guarding him in close quarters makes more sense for me, a combat soldier!

Plus, if I save him, he can make me crazy rich! Image

What benefits does an audience with the theatre owner generate?

A lot of the theatres functioning revolves around Jiles, so his office where the meeting would take place would be at the heart of everything. Might be able to find something useful there.

This is what you will have access to if you choose to pay for an audience with Jiles. Naturally if you try and steal anything he will call the guards who are waiting just outside the door.
