In the main Settings app, go to Notifications, then Game Center, and you can select each type of notification.

Apparently Angry Birds achievements and high scores in Crystal will migrate to Game Center. OpenFeint have said that they will make this possible for games on their platform too, but it's up to devs to use the tools to do it.
