Title says it all really. It's for a friend of mine. He's not too bothered about pedals or gear stick. Just decent feedback and the ability to play on the Xbox 360 and PC for games like Forza 4 and Dirt 3. Any advise/help would be greatly appreciated.

Just get the official 360 steering wheel and a wireless adapter (crossfire) for the PC.
