Tomb Raider Legend done, did it on Hard in 2hrs and 10 mins :datass:

Just need two more trophies to get 100%

Yep, still haven't done Contrast. :fp:

I just completed the good karma play through on inFamous: Second Son, so starting it again on Expert difficulty with Evil Karma to mop up the remaining trophies. When that's done, I can then finally finish Contrast. :shifty:

I have noticed a few of you have 360 and PS3 games to complete when you have an Xbone or PS4. I'm not trying to troll but can you explain the logic behind this, why did you buy a PS4/XBone when you hadn't got through your other backlog? Seems like spending much extra money to get a console earlier when you could have completed your old games and then bought the next gen console after a price drop.

Really? It's nice to dabble with the PS4 stuff, but have PS3 stuff also. I've played my PS4 lots, but I've just gone back to enemy within on the PS3. They are discounting PS3 stuff quite a bit, especially over Christmas and the 2 consoles can exist together nicely.

Using your logic, you don't intend to buy a new machine until they stop making games for the old one.... Which is a practice I'd like to avoid. I sony (more so than MS) should be commended.

But when you have 5-10 older games to finish that will keep you busy for a good few months. This will hopefully mean a better bundle for the next gen console may be out by then. Or just cheaper prices for the Xbox One/PS4 games six month after it's released.

I guess it all comes down to how much money you have, and how much you want the next gen game/console.

Yeah, spot on. For me, I wanted to play the newer stuff, knowing that money would be tight in the summer and recognising that I still had lots to play on the PS3. I am more than content to dabble with each, I'm not one of those 'one console type of guys'.

Plus, I have PS Plus and it's a much more great value if you hold on to the PS3. And there's the PSN sales cropped up during the summer/christmas holiday periods which added more and more to my PS3 backlog.

It isn't limited to consoles. A lot of PC users who use steam have hundreds and hundreds of games acclaimed thanks to the sales.
