Just tried that, it either does nothing or adds to basket and then says out of stock when you click through.

Oh well, other half is covering bag end as a gift cos she likes it (I think the giant pretzel sold it) while I was gonna ask for a game instead I have way too many games to play at the moment so a proper lego set will be a welcome change.

Bit unbelievable how much these sets usually are. I don't really like fragmented "bits of wall" type sets, prefer stuff like solid buildings or vehicles. That ship looks great, I guess was snapped up by hukd people.

Will be fun next week!

I can get it in my basket, and it seems to work, can't really justify another order though.

If you click through to payment it will check stock and say nope.

Also just noticed the amount of bastards on eBay selling these ships already with no minifigs at 35 quid. We all know they haven't even received the item yet and are making 7 quid on each one.

Couldn't resist another round and bought the rest of the hobbit/lord of the rings range.

That's £187 spent, for £387 worth of Lego.

I just saved £200....!

Well that's what I'm telling myself. :shifty:

If the third film is good you can probably sell it all on for a profit

Went and picked it all up from the local ASDA today.

Oops! May have gone a little overboard!

Bagend arrived today, just got to get back from work for lego times. I think that's my first reasonably sized kit in a long, long time.

It's the first one I opened/built of my haul, and even better than I hoped.

Good times. :D

You were too bust spending £35 on a bloody easter egg!

Some sets still available though.

Someone talk me out of buying the Super Star Destroyer pls. I've got nowhere to put it, but all these UCS sets only seem to go up in price once they go out of print and I want something big to build.

Think you could actually hang it from the ceiling without gluing it all together?

Or I might just do this actually:

Wonder how well that would work with a metre long model... :shifty:
