My doctor told me to keep a digestion diary. I thought it might be good for a laugh, so here it is in all its 11-day glory:

Out             11th             7pm             "Fine; smelt normal, was of a satisfactory consistency."

In             12th             6pm             Had a Chinese chicken curry and a prawn ball.
Out             13th             10am             Fine.
In             13th             11am             "Toast, with marmite."
In             13th             1pm             Had some tomato soup with rolls.
In             13th             6pm             "Had chicken in gravy, with roast potatos, peas, broccoli and carrots."
In             14th             11am             Had a bowl of cereal.
In             14th             1pm             Had a chicken sandwich and a packet of crisps (ready salted french fries).

In             14th             4pm             Ate a banana.
In             14th             6pm             "Had a pizza, with chips."
Out             14th             7pm             Satisfactory; smaller and harder than expected.
Out             15th             7am             Fine.
In             15th             8am             Toast with marmite.

In             15th             1pm             "Had a quarter pounder with cheese, chips and a coke at McDonalds."
In             15th             6pm             Chicken chow mein with chips.
