I get 12 free cinema tickets a year and for 2020 I'm really struggling to see much worth bothering with.

So far I have
1917 (this will be Imax)
Dark Waters (I know the story and am interested in seeing the film)
No Time To Die (It's Bond so I have to see this in the cinema and it should be against the law not to)
Top Gun (It's Top Gun)
Dune (It's going to be awesome)

So that's it for 2020 which is slim pickings and the rest just seems to be super hero films which I don't watch or tripe. What else is there?

Think Nolan's next film, Tenet, is out next year some time if you're into that.

Tenet, Nolan’s new film is out next year. Not much known about it other than it’s about international espionage. Will probably be brilliant.

The Gentleman, new Guy Ritchie film in the Lock Stock/Snatch mould if you enjoyed those kinda films.

The King’s Man, third film in the Kingsman franchise although I didn’t think the second was anywhere near as good as the first.

A Quiet Place 2, not sure how this will work but the first was very good.

Onward, new fantasy film from Pixar it’s Christ Pratt and Tom Holland. Then a few months later they’re releasing Soul which looked very good from the trailer.

Free Guy, Ryan Reynolds comedy where he finds out he’s just an NPC character in a violent video game, could be a funny premise.

Ghostbusters: Afterlife, pleasebegood pleasebegood
pleasebegood

Uncharted movie, not sure how much like the games this will feel with Tom Holland as Nathan Drake.

Weathering with You is about the only one on my horizon. I'm hoping it gets more than the very limited released it's currently scheduled for

The Eternals is coming next year from Marvel, could be interesting.

Sonic The Hedgehog doesn’t actually look terrible either.

If that film is anything other than a huge pile of garbage I'm going to be hugely surprised.

Awesome :D .

I love going to see terrible films at the cinema  . That's going to be so rubbish  .
Great films are great but truly terrible disaster or sci-fi films just always pull me in.

Have you seen King Kong Skull Island. I loved both the Godzilla films in the monsterverse and was excited for the vs king kong film that was teased at the end of King of the Monsters but had no clue they had recently released Skull Island despite all the references to king kong in king of the Monsters (hardly a well kept secret little indie project was it) stumbled across it on Netflix last night and thoroughly enjoyed it.

So yeah count me as plus one for hyped for Godzilla vs Kong

(1) Whose cock did you have to suck to get 12 free tickets a year???

(2) Here's some must-see ones:

1 Scoob - really excited for this one. Start of the Hannah Barbara cinematic universe.

2 Sonic the Hedgehog - new trailer looks surprisingly decent. Jim Carrey. Years worth of memes.

3 Artemis Fowl - looks like a surprisingly good adaptation of one of the sexiest books growing up. If you liked the books you should check this out. This ain't no Alex Rider. F

4 West Side Story - remake of the greatest romance musical

5 Onward - Pixar's latest. Looks like it will be as good as Inside Out, if you liked that one. Features Tom Holland.

6 The Eternals - MCU. Seems like it will be as important to the overall franchise as Guardians was.

7 Black Widow - ScarJo. MCU /// Dolittle - RDJ's first postMCU role (these two movies have equal priority to me)

9 Venom 2 - never saw the first one but I'm a Tom Holland stan

10 Ghostbusters Afterlife - never seen any Ghostbusters but you might like it

11 Wonder Woman 1984 - sequel to the only decent DCU movie (assuming Joker doesn't count as DCU)

12 Minions 2: Rise of Gru - a free ticket is worth the memes

No Time to Die
The Gentlemen
Birds of Prey - I totally dig the look and feel of the trailer, so I don't care what anyone else says. I'm rather looking forward to it.
Tenet
Wonder Woman 1984
The King's Man - In the hopes that it takes a step back from The Golden Circle, but not far back enough that it loses the eccentricity that caught me off-guard in the first.
Godzilla vs Kong

Youtube - Yubellion
