Interesting question. At the start of this there was a feeling Scotland were a better team than Eng, and rightly so given the scratch nature of Eng and Eng somehow scraping a win in the first ever game together up in the frozen north.

Since then Eng have improved significantly in every game and Scotland haven't progressed.

Are Eng a better side now? or are Scotland a good side poorly led?

and if that's the case, does that not mean Lancaster has to become coach of Eng and AR has to go as he has simply proven himself not good enough again?

Yes England are a better side, they could have beaten Wales if luck was on their side, and Sam Warbuton hadn't made that tackle on Tulagi. They would have had the Grand Slam, Scotland have never looked close to grasping a Grand Slam in recent years...Stuart lancaster going to Scotland. Interesting? Are Scotland bad because of they're bad manager, or are Scotland bad because of their limited resources... I'd love to see Scotland do well, and if Lancaster is what it would take, well he should go for it....but only if someone else gets the England job.

I hope Lancaster is given the Eng role or, if it has to be Mallett, then he is given a role in Nicks set-up. He has earned it.

If he wasn't though, why not give him a chance at Scotland actually? He's shown an ability to bring a group of young players together and get the best out of themselves.

Just got back, what a bloody fantastic atmosphere that was! I think I might have been on TV cheering at one point as the guy to my right got a text saying they just showed him.

Frenchies were a,l gone when we got back to the hotel 8-)

Chatting about this at work. Been a really good 6N in terms of youngsters coming through and transforming their teams. I think the only downside was some poor management letting some teams down again. It'll be all change by next year for some.

Hartley Cited for biting.

Disappointing, but hardly surprising giving his record.

London Irish sign Tomas O'Leary. Have they watched him play since 2009?

Yeah he's a bit of a loose canon. If true and deliberate I cannot see Lancaster keeping him.
