I have a Windows 7 PC, how do I connect it to a wireless net

1. I don't know how to add a network card (no idea about building computers or adding parts.

I wanted a wifi dongle that connects to my home wifi network , where do I buy one that's the cheapest and will deffo work with windows 7 ??
