I have recently started playing Bankshot Billiards 2 again and just unlocked an achievement. The last time I managed to get an achievement in this game was on 11 November 2006.

A 16 year gap is pretty impressive

What's the longest gap between achievements you've ever had?

I haven't played an XBLA game in ages, so it's probably this from Bomberman Live.

Now I feel like I need to go and investigate how I can beat Moggy though. :x

I had a 13-year gap in Bejeweled 2. Don’t know why I went back to it. Maybe some TrueAchievements event.

The fact that I can't think of anything where it was more than 3 years (God of War 2018) highlights just how rarely I return to a game.

Hard to tell as we didn’t have good internet when I got my first 360 so a lot of achievements were unlocked offline but I got some achievements in Crackdown around when it launched in February 2007 then finally went back and finished the game this year so that’s a 15 year gap.

I unlocked a few achievements in Bejewelled 3 the other week, around 11 years after last playing it and have been replaying a few PS3 games via RPCS3 and have unlocked a few trophies I didn't get originally 13 years ago.

My 1st Kameo achievement since 6th Feb 2006.

Best I can give you is 13 years - 24 December 2006 to 15 January 2020 - for Dig Dug.

It would be on Zuma, I got a few in 2006, then one or 2 in 2014. I got a couple more at the start of this year.

I've also decided the end levels are impossible.

On a side note. The XBLA was great wasn't it? I used to spend hours on Hexic HD, it took me SO SO LONG to get all the achievements.

I believe if i were to ever somehow manage to get another achievement on Geometry Wars Evolved that would easily make my biggest gap.

I played it to death and got all the normal and semi-hard ones, the rest are just crazy hard. I think the ,most attainable may be to reach 500,000 points without dying. Last one must have been in 2006-2007. (reach 500,000 points with loss of life)

Hexic HD was brilliant, definitely needs to make a return.

Hexic 2 is actually a thing. It's pretty good, just nowhere near as popular on account of it not being a pre-installed freebie.

The xbla version of symphony of the night I bought in 2008 and never got past the first boss. Went on a metroidvania kick in 2018 and finished it. Not quite 16 years but still.
