I'm choosing to be cautiously optimistic about this. I think Fallout has a lot of potential for a TV series, and a TV series is absolutely a better choice than a film.

I'll hold off for the GOTY edition, then mod the strawberry float out of it.

This is never going to live up to my expectations. I just can't see golden era Fallout being successfully translated into a TV show. It definitely could be done but Bethesda have mutilated the Fallout image at this point. I'm expecting a grim, apocalypse show with Marvel style comedy awkwardly squeezed into all the dialogue.

Make it like that fallout fan film and I'm game

I hope it has janky special effects and any blue ray release has random bugs.
I'd also like an episode where the main character gets hopelessly lost or does a shitload of dull sidequests.

Could be good, will probably be shite but I'm willing to roll the dice on it. It's abundantly clear that Bethesda have no ability or interest to do something of value with the franchise so someone else taking a crack at it in another format can only be a good thing.
