If I still had all my portable carts from back in the day I'd have been all over it

Yeah, I'd love one, too - I still have my GB and GBC carts - but I can't spend that kinda money at the moment. The system looks dang swish, though!

Yeah it's a very premium looking piece of kit.

I've still got a handful of GB, GBC and GBA carts but it's not enough to make me think it's worth grabbing this sadly. Would be awesome to play things like Zelda on it though

It looks stunning. I really want one. But it's a lot of money to play old games I can already play if I want to.

I really want one.

So I ordered within 5 mins of the new preorders going live and I got group B which I'd Q4 next year. I'm not too bothered by this as it can be for Christmas next year as long as they don't take the money until shipping.

On group C now, so 2023.

I'll stick to emulation or the real thing for now.

Just went to see about ordering one of these and the earliest is next year :fp:

Even worse, you can be them scalped for a bargain £400+!

If I'd known you could have bought my preorder off me but I cancelled it earlier this week.

Bumping Hitler off just moved to position 2 of my 'things to do when travelling back in time' list.

Apologies for the thread bump - looks like Analogue are planning their take on the N64 next. In the absence of an N64 mini from Nintendo themselves, I will be following this keenly.

I would be interested but given Analogues track record for making their products as hard to buy as possible they can strawberry float off.

I guarantee they'll sell out in minutes and be on eBay within seconds.

Could be easily avoided with a simple pre-order system. But no, they'd rather keep their (admittedly excellent) systems rare so they can maintain their scarcity and therefore their value.

I'll stick with my emulators, RGB Modded Japanese system and my Everdrive thank you.

Yeah, it doesn’t matter how good this company’s products are. If you can’t buy them, they’re on a par with the Amico.
