If anyone wanted an Animal Crossing themed cushion the Nintendo UK store is selling them on their own or bundled with the game. Weirdly tempted!

I will be surprised if there are no forms of purchases / DLC... surprised but pleased :-) .

I just wondered if the in-game pruchases thing was something to do with having to have the Online Subscription to play online.

I had a 10% off voucher from the catalogues they sent out last year, picked up a Tom Nook one myself! Throws any idea of me going digital for this out of the window

Definitely, wasn’t overly fussed about the pin set or the bag (bag being the better if the two) but I couldn’t resist the cushion in the end

The game has a tricky path to take. So many people loved New Leaf that, should any aspects be left out of this version or even changed, people could be disappointed. The later Welcome amiibo update was also very good and it'd be a shame if the new game didn't work with amiibo and amiibo cards.

I'm anticipating the game to be excellent but it has a lot to live up to!

They've shown fossils being found haven't they? Or did I just imagine that?

Fossils are around, so it stands to reason the museum would be.
