Just seen the halloween update adds a bunch more materials and collectibles and outfits and my storage is already full :x When will we get an update that expands your house storage?

The storage limit is rubbish, I've had to sell so much.

I now have a spare genuine sinking painting, anyone want it?

I think the Halloween stuff looks great! They’ve kept the same amazing music from New Leaf as well :toot:

Will be getting a patch ready for some intensive pumpkin growing when I’m next on it :)

From the trailer, it seems like Halloween Night is going to be another sort of gathering outside the town hall.

I would've hoped to see players being tasked with finding out what certain villager's are afraid of and wearing the appropriate mask or being caught by other villagers, making us choose between handing over candy or being tricked. Still, it looks good and I think cultivating my own pumpkin patch will be fun.

That was how it worked in New Leaf, would have liked to see it return as well but oh well, hopefully there will be some element of scaring your villagers (other than the new reaction) as it is Halloween after all!

Had the music in my head since hearing it as well

Final bug-off stamp got :toot: I've also plotted out a pumpkin patch for the incoming update, I'm looking forward to that!

Started getting dupes of the autumn recipes now (which is good because new ones will appear from next month I think?). If anyone wants a pine bonsai recipe let me know!

Hoping when I get chance to load this up later the trees will have a much more autumnal look to them, or will I be setting myself up for disappointment?

They don't yet I'm afraid! Things look like last month except Nook's Cranny now has Halloween decorations up.

I've got two pumpkin patches planted now, I hope you can keep growing them once the month is over!

Am I right in saying this month is the first without any new fish or bugs if you've been catching them all from release? A little disappointing although it makes sense as I only have two left of each. Normally I'd see what I can find each month before looking them up but being so close to completion I guessed this might be the situation.

Only new things for me this month are 2 new sea creatures to grab, hopefully they won’t prove as elusive as some have in the past! But yeah it’s a slight shame but that’s how it goes as you near completion of the museum (in the past I’ve always fizzled out of trying to catch them all by now).

Shame the trees haven’t changed :( I’ll be planting my pumpkin patch up later, got it set up a couple of days back.

Also only being allowed to buy one piece of candy per day (why oh why is there no PAL localisation :( ) is the most insane rationing ever

Sadly that’s nearly always been the case re candy, bar New Leaf which is the best the series has done Halloween unless this one betters it. It is an odd thing to ration though.

Has anyone seen how pumpkins work? Do we grow them and can then harvest them every 3 days? Or is it a one and done approach? Bought a few extra anyway just so I have some spares. I’ve planted like 50 odd but by the looks of of youre going to need a fair few, and of differing colours to customise them.

I’ve also just gotten all 42 reactions, although there are 2 spare spaces one of these will be the Halloween/scare one, maybe the other one will be a Christmas themed one? Going to try diving for one of the sea creatures tonight, will try and get the other (thats a 9pm till 4am) tomorrow or Saturday.

Edit, Venus’ flower basket caught, just the Lobster to go then for this month
