Sure Nintendo said you’d be able to buy the DLC from today didn’t they? Had a look this morning and couldn’t see where I could actually buy it (but it’s added to my wish list at least) yet, will have another look later!

It went live about 1pm ish, bought snd downloaded so ready to go, although I won’t know what to do first, the DLC or start farming and trying out all the free content from the update!

Yeah, you can purchase and download the DLC now but it won't be playable until next Friday, 5 November.

Usually "big" titles are playable from 00:01 on the day of release and I'd assume that will apply for this DLC.

I wonder how paced out progress will be, how did the previous Happy Home Designer work? Is it like one "mission" a day?

I never bought Happy Home Designer so this part of the game will be entirely new to me as well!

First thing I’ll be doing when the update arrives is going to Brewster’s for a cuppa :wub: Villagers with the funds to purchase a second island home can wait longer as far as I’m concerned! :lol:

yes. but unlike the main series the days didnt match real time. you could do as many as you wanted. so it should work the same way where you pick a character whos house you make but without the whole calling it a day in between. you just found characters wandering around or summoned them with amiibos
