I'm mostly going to see potential new villagers so it just feels like a waste when I don't meet anyone lol.

Prob my biggest irk of this game so far. Also doesn't make sense that it shows a counter for how many you should have in storage but always displays 0. Not really sure what the point of that is, unless it's something we unlock later on.

How do I get people to visit my island (friends) it only lets me invite all my friends - how do I invite just the one? Do I have to be on the game at the same time?

Get them a Dodo code.

One thing that annoys me is that the shop closes at 10pm, don't really get a chance to play until 8 or so which means I have to rush around to sell stuff, shame you can't change the timings it is open.

My brother got this digitally from Game for £32 - seems like it was a mispricing as it's already been corrected.

Once I unlock terraforming I think I'm going to make a snail mountain, I hope there's another type of snail, then I can put that right at the top :D

I find it more annoying that things like fish bait you have to craft 1 at a time.

Finally seeing a change in weather, spitting with rain slightly and it looks lovely

How many fossils are you all finding each day? Normally I’m finding 4 but a couple of days I have found 6?

Yeah this is really annoying,

The hot item at the store yesterday was coconut juice which you can make by crafting one coconut. Meant the price of selling a coconut went from 250 bells to 1000 bells once crafted. I had a load, just had to sit there clicking A again and again. Hope they fix this with an update.

4 almost every day, except one day where I think I had 5.

I've had a few days of rain so far. Best part of the day for me is sunset. The lighting s outrageous.

Most of this week I’ve only been able to jump on for a couple of hours in the evening so missed most of the lighting changes, day off today so I’m planning on jumping on every couple of hours at least to see how it changes throughout, although I hope it stays raining so I might be able to catch one of the rarer fish!

So string fish are at altitude in rivers right? I tried catching one for about half an hour with no luck. I did get a couple of no others I had not before though (including a cherry salmon). Got through a lot of bait (that’s bait.gif) and had to give up in the end.

Yeah, I caught one last night, took about 20 baits. It's between 4pm and 9am I think?

It was the only thing I was missing from that list of disappearing creatures. I had already caught a sturgeon, but I caught another 4 yesterday

My one complaint about fishing is that I keep messing up and resetting my streak. I got to 84 in a row, and now the idea of getting up to 100 is really depressing

Are Sturgeons available all day? Might spend a bit of time fishing exclusively at the mouth of the river and see if I get lucky.
