No problem! I was going to wait for end of month but figured if you get dupes you can pass them on anyway

Turkey day is possibly the best event yet! Actual variety in what you have to do in collecting the various ingredients, finding out what to add to all the recipes to make them better, and getting all the recipes at once rather than needing to grind! It sounds like you'll be able to buy the recipes from tomorrow anyway if you miss them today.

The cornucopia is a really nice item, and the wheat will look good in any farm area.

Did 2 dishes this morning, will do the rest later this evening. Probably the best event so far, if only for the variety on offer and hidden depth with the secret ingredients and rewards.

EDIT: Just seen this courtesy of Evil Imp.

I managed to get the four dishes done. Was a delight to hunt for the ingredients. It got me to dive into the water for the first time in ages, so managed to get a few new sea creatures for the museum.

I also have snow today! Is it random then the exact day you have your first snow? I assume today must be the first possible day given it was Turkey day yesterday.

FYI if you missed unlocking the Turkey Day recipes yesterday you can buy them for just shy of 20k bells in nook's cranny, which looks to also be selling random turkey day furniture in the special section

Thought Turkey day was great, nice recipes and it’s good that you can (shock horror) buy them afterwards!

Hoping I have snow later when I load it up, normally you get a notice (guess it’ll be a notice by Isabelle) about heavy snow overnight before it appears on the ground, doubt it’s been changed for this one

No snow on my island, and not had Isabelle saying that snowfall is expected, so I guess I won't be getting any of that until the first. The area surrounding the plaza is now fully reconstructed, however. Aside from moving a few items not seen in the below photo. And deciding whether the fence on the right should be replaced with shrubs. I'll get more photos of it in the snow, as I do intend to replace the current furnishings on the plaza with something that allows people to be warmer.
