Anyone wanna help me with this film quiz?

Hey dudes. I'm participating in a family quiz night where we're all doing a ten question quiz for each other. Mine is a 'what happens next' film quiz, but I'm not sure how it stacks up difficulty-wise. If you fancy having a quick crack and telling me how you got on I'd appreciate it a lot. Any advice would be welcomed. It's not amazing or anything so don't laugh.

I should point out that due to the nature of this quiz it's not entirely spoiler-free, but I've tried to use stuff that isn't totally film ruining.

When you say 'what happens next', do you mean as in the next line, or how the rest of the scene plays out?

Edit- Ah nevermind, I didn't realise the answers were at the end.

There's a few I haven't seen so I couldn't possibly guess at them, but the Kill Bill one is pretty difficult, given how much is actually going on at that moment. Maybe give a point for the eyeball?

Yeah I was thinking that as well. I hadn't realised until I edited it quite how much was going on in that scene, was difficult to cut it properly.

I'm toying with the idea of giving half a point for what happens next, and half a point for knowing what the film is. Just because not everyone will have seen each film I guess.

I guess this is also true.

Maybe that one needs to go.

I haven't seen all of the films but I think this is relatively doable, you picked some iconic moments which I think you kind of need to do given the vagueness of "what happens next". Of the films I know I only didn't get Kill Bill (although it seems obvious in retrospect, I think it's because it's a film direction thing not an event happening in the movie thing?)

Yeah I think the problem is that the question is too open really - unless you want to be very generous in what you accept as an answer I think you may end up with some unhappy quiz participants!

OR is pretty much spot on. The ones I did know, bar Kill Bill, directly preceded some of the most standout moments in the films, so it's pretty hard to misconstrue the rules of the game.

As OR said, it might be better to stick to actions or dialogue rather than cinematography. Then again, I think you could get away with it if it's especially iconic, like that dolly zoom in Jaws.

Cheers chaps, I'll look to replace with something else. It's difficult trying to think of stuff that is tricky but not so obscure that they're impossible. The guidelines for the quiz were 3 easy, 3 medium, 3 hard and 1 very hard.

American Werewolf In London. If you haven't seen it you really should, it's brilliant. :)
