Why is she giving birth and having a massive poo at the same time?

I know ladies bang on about being able to multitask but I was expecting stuff like being able to ride a bike while playing the banjo.

Sometimes, a woman can gooseberry fool herself giving birth due to the way they have to push the baby out.
