Probably belongs in TCRT but I feel this is more appropriate for here now I've read Lewis' tale.

Instead of getting takeaways which are rarely amazing and usually disappointing, we save that money and go and have a nice Indian meal out at a great place local to us.

Didn't eat much in the day so we were suitably hungry, eyes bigger than stomach when looking at the menu and as we like to try something different every time we go, I suggested 3 mains instead of 2 (first mistake) and that we could save the leftovers and take them home for today.

I forget the names of what the mains were, but one had chicken, minced lamb, curried egg and thick tomatoe sauce, one was a handi chicken and the other was chicken and lamb chunks with peppers and onion in a thick hot sauce. Here it all is:

My plate is closer. Yes it's chips and rice, half and half because wales innit butt. The key thing here is I was a bit pissed and decided that rather than save it, I'd just eat everything :dread:

My Mrs hardly had any of the food, maybe half that middle one and a bit of the others, but I had 3/4 of the rogin naan, most of the chips, most of the rice and 2 and a half mains :lol:

I'm pretty slim now and not used to eating that much, it wasn't too bad at first but after half an hour and more beer, it started to expand in my stomach and I had to go to the toilet as I thought I was going to throw up all over the place :fp:

I had to undo my belt my a notch and sit there burping and huffing for an hour until our taxi arrived. Felt strawberry floating awful.

Best bit was becuase of the beer it ended up costing £72 For the two of us, and I'd eaten so much I felt terrible for a good couple of hours at home. Then I got over it and ended up having cocktails and tequilla cream, which means I'm now really hungover shitting out what smells like pure undigested Indian food. Be wiping my arse with a garlic naan soon .

A lovely tale for the ages there.

My gut's been smooth sailing since yesterday's McDonald's 8)

Did have some quinoa feta cheese shite in the evening as I felt a bit dirty though.

I've never had a curry house serve me yellow pilau rice before, very much a supermarket staple.

Smothered in ghost chili sauce to help it go down.
