I think we'd be safe to assume that the game is continuing because of a Neutral Killing specifically. It would seem strange for the game carry on if it's just a Jester or something similar. As we'd only have specifically the Jailor which could execute them without them winning. Although i've never heard of the Neutral Chaos roles so I have no idea what they could do.

I'm still thinking that it's likely either a Werewolf which could only kill on specific (perhaps alternate) nights. Or Arsonist as these are both slower paced killing roles which match the small game size. Whichever one it is, it's obviously disasterous for them that the mafia is already defeated.

Who are you going to jail tonight now? I don't know if it would be better to jail and kill Jessica instead of me seducing her? I believe shes the only person not to have role claimed at this point? Or is it better to keep the kill on hold for now?

Either way, we need to nail on our plan for tonight to ensure the best possible outcome. Hercule's claim looks pretty verified at this point, so as far as I can see, our main suspicions sit between Dick and Jessica at this point?

You're getting me mixed up with Kouichi again who's the Jailor. If it's any consolidation, it takes about 3 attempts for me to log in with this account each time due to misspelling

If it were up to me i'd jail and execute Jessica. I think if he doesn't execute then he leaves himself vulnerable to the werewolf or serial killer hitting him on the way out and I think it's unlikely an extra night kill will make the difference after this point as it's just going to be going through a list.

If that doesn't end the game then for me it's likely Dick and then Nancy as the next most likely. Nancy hasn't actually offered any concrete info with her role yet so I don't think she's 100% clear and it would be quite easy to claim a seer role now that we've all role claimed if she's the only one who's lying about their role.

That's more than fair. It's mostly just a case that there's quite a small pool of people who can't confirm their role currently, for everyone else i've got to be quite high on that list but from my perspective i've got to widen the pool a bit further.

I keep coming back to this post from Dick which would be a lucky guess for a neutral role and so if it's not Jessica my options for a next pick are quite limited.

I'm presuming Magnum PI has got his facts right here, and I've added the mechanic claims in, in CAPS.

Jane and Jessica haven't role claimed whereas the other six players have. So because we know where their roles fit in the turn order, we can basically identify if any are lying, because we'll know that they were unable to carry out their claimed roles.

Here's what I think we should do, then...

Jacques blocks Jessica. Jessica unable to act tonight if she has a role.
Magnum doesn't have a night role.
Frank is dead.
Dick protects Nancy. If Nancy is telling the truth then her power is too valuable to lose.
If there's a Neutral Benign they go next (I'm unsure what impact this would have?)
Shinichi and I go next. As there's no Killing role before us in the turn order, I believe we're safe. Shinichi goes on alert to keep himself safe.
I jail Jane. Now both players who've not role claimed are, essentially, blocked.
Mafia Killing, Mafia Deception and Neutral Killing go next, in that order. However - all remaining players are accounted for, either by role claim or role block. So if any of these three roles do act tonight, it means someone is lying (and hopefully the absence of their promised action means we will be able to see who).
Nancy can then investigate freely. She's already committed to investigate Dick, which seems as good a move as any. The main thing would be for Nancy to share her results with the thread, so they can be corroborated (unless there are two remaining Mafia, the only faction with more than one member remaining is the town).
Finally the Neutral Chaos and Neutral Evil roles move - but again, they should only be able to do so if a role-claimer is lying.

If we all do this and there are no night kills, it suggests everyone who has role claimed so far is legit, with one or both of Jessica and Jane the remaining villains (presuming Hercule flips Mafia).

I then have the option of killing Jane, or letting her leave - if we think she is Mafia we can lynch her tomorrow; if she is Neutral you'll know because I'll be dead. (Which is fine, because I'll still win if we all do).

From there the game seems unlosable - because if any of this doesn't go down as outlined above, yet all parties commit to it, it should be possible to identify exactly who failed to carry out their stated action.
