My next level is almost finished. It’s a bit all over the place, I hope you like it.

I enjoyed your extra level Rubix, the boss fight was a nice setup! I'm sure you will have acquitted yourself well to the challenges of round 2!

Remember you still have until the 21st to submit the next level so there's time for tinkering yet.

In terms of this weekend: Round 1 Votes are filtering in and things are looking interesting already! 2 Makers still need to submit their votes before the Sunday deadline!

I am one of the two! Full disclosure, I'm holding off until I have time (tonight or tomorrow) to sit down and play them all through stress-free.

If I played them in the week, I'd feel under time pressure because of work and stuff, and then I'd get annoyed at any levels I found tricky :slol:

so it's better that I can be more fair-minded at the weekend!

One must be in the correct frame of mind to effectively assess a quality Mario Maker level!

I'm the second of the two - will play them all tomorrow morning!

Unless you can manipulate Bowser's behaviour more than I realise it seemed to be a lot of luck in having the one with the key move to where he needs to be

It's hard to tell "getting better" from "fortunate RNG streak" but fwiw I did feel like I was getting better at tricking the Bowsers. You can kind of "wobble" (left right left right) on the right hand edge of the red blocks and that seems to lure them. There is undoubtedly a big RNG element to it though, my last run seemed quite lucky!
