I'll go with dblock for entertainment value.

Don't really see the point in going for inactives when the wolves seem to be doing that anyway.

They're not completely inactive. They've made 1 or 2 posts.

The wolves are only required to get through the people that have made zero posts. After that, they can go for whoever they want to target.

That does sound a bit dodgy indeed. If someone runs for mayor on a platform of stringing Tomous up by his ankles I'd swap my vote I think
