Whilst it is a horrible story, I don't think isolated incidents reflect the NHS as a whole, and definitely shouldn't stop anyone donated something that could save someone else's life.

Yes I'm on the list and they can do what the hell they like with my ugly corpse for all I care. I will also be giving my body to science so students can train on me.
