I'm a fat strawberry float and it's entirely my own fault. I eat a lot and aside from the three mile round trip I walk to work twice a week, I do little regular exercise since my regular fives game died a few months ago. I keep saying I'm going to do this that and the other to lose weight but I never manage to stick to anything. I'm sitting at 6"1 and 17 stone, and with a family history of heart disease.
EDIT: top of the page. Awesome. For what it's worth, I have a big frame and would probably be best suited losing weight and then putting on muscle, I reckon I could look like a tank if I put in about a year's worth of hard work.
