I made the group promise we'd infect him tonight so he could win - but then we didn't get infection (and arguably he'd be immune as leader)

:(

I was doomed from the start today, was never going to get the guy who only posted three tines in thread the entire time.

You actually aren't far off.

The L list did have both Alpha and Beta on (and another infected IIRC) if you took it too mean name/role.

Aftsr night 3 you potentially had quite a short list

We had like 3 people on the list after Night 3 with just the job roles. That's why I got so strawberry floating cocky.

Nobody was. There's hiding low, then there's being a role that nobody can scout out at all and being completely inactive making it impossible to even think you're part of the game.

That's why you go after inactives early to push people out into the open. You didn't give the alpha a reason not to hide.

In a game that was going to last a maximum of 5 days, there isn't time to go for the inactives. You just have to go with what you can.

This game was only ever going to take 3/4 days there's no time for an inactive cull one at a time when the alpha is infecting 3+ active people a day.

Thank you so much for running moggy, it's gotta be one of the most fun games we have had.

I thought Hexx was infected at one point and told him would vote for him if he would get me infected, he never replied tho. :(

It took 5 and if you go after inactives the first few days, the threat and discussion brings people out.

The whole "I didn't get a PM!" thing was a great distraction

Ah well. Well played everyone. Hexx you fooled the hell out of both me and Nun at the end. Kezzer's story sounded all too convinient to be true. Even though I lost this is the most fun version of these games I've ever played in on this forum.even though it was probably impossible for us to win with an inactive alpha

Rocsteady had me down on day 2, in reaction to my posts (which apparently don't exist).

You made it impossible for yourself by scoring own goal after own goal with your secret society cottage industry.

As a team, we strategised and made smart decisions. We had to overcome what looked like a desperate position after we lost Tomous and Albear. And we did, with great success.

Deal with it 8-).

Thanks go to Moggy for running the game. Let's do it again some time!

I don't know why people assumed the l would only refer to job titles. Qikz keeps saying we had no chance to win but even today we had a 1 in 4 chance as if moggy had picked me ob would've been killed.

I thought initially he was posting strangely then when quiet which was pretty suspicious. I think the hackers got too full of themselves and ended up playing an atrocious game.

Enjoyed skimming through it though, been really busy with work so didn't have time to take it all in but was fun. Cheers for running it moggy.
