The arrow was shot by the 'crazed inventor'.

I had intended the game to go on until either -

1. The treasure was found releasing the terrible truth.
2. The time when the wolves 'should' have won.
3. There was also a digsite that contained a 'Matrix style death' device - that would have ALSO revealed the truth.

My reason for ending it early was everyone was so depressed, and I am not here to cause misery, I'm here to try make some fun. I felt it was the right time after the Melatonin scandalwhen guys might have felt compelled to give up - to reveal that the 'losers' were actually 'winners'. I would have liked to seen other routes followed, but you constantly dug in the wrong places for ages!

I wanted the kills to be random because I didn't want to 'be the wolves' - it would be so unfair. By letting a dice decide, I gave the tools to allow you to protect important players, and kill untrustworthy ones. I gave you the pen to write your own story of corruption and deception in your head, your own little conspiracy theories - rather than me write them for you.

Oh and although I would like to do AYAW? again, it will never EVER have no wolves in them. It was a wrench not having any wolves in it! If you want another mind strawberry float, you will realise for the first four or so days I never mentioned wolves AT ALL.

The resi 4 game had legs, just took a lot of work to process it for the gamesmaster.
