I actually saw an episode of this today. Just as bad as it was back then.

Like Mickey Mouse?

Exactly like Mickey Mouse.

Was Goofy a dog? If so, how did Mickey get away with owning Pluto like a slave?

Yeah Goofy was a dog too, it's a bit of a weird one. I'd always thought that Pluto was some sort of retard dog, and instead of having him committed, Mickey just kept him as a pet.

I just turned on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on the Disney channel and Pluto was meowing like a cat. Retard confirmed.

And I said Hey, hey, what a wonderful kind of day! I use to watch this quite a lot as a nipper before school, same like gooseberry fool like three friends and Jerry!

I did watch some when I was slightly older (probably just over its target audience) and getting some of the better parodies. For that reason I do fondly remember it.

Pretty sure I didn't think so highly of it when I was younger.

Arthur was gooseberry fool!

but then as a child i ruined all my chances of liking happy clappy kids tv by being exposed by older kids to 18 rated films with loads guns and explosions

People who don't like Arthur :fp:

How can you not like it, it's an amazing show and it deals with loads of different and interesting topics. There was one I saw a few weeks ago where Binky and his family adopt a girl from China.

That's another thing that's great about it, all the characters actually have depth, Binky, although being a bit of a bully is still a kid with a variety of interest instead of just being the stereotypical tough guy.
