ENGLAND is not a winner. u all r cheaters. real world cup deserve to NEW ZEALAND not cheater England. in cricket playing nations also know that real champion is NZ black cap not cheater England who anyhow don't deserve this worldcup. what a crooks team
It's a really hard series to call a first XI for. If I were the sole selector, I think I'd go with something like this: Burns, Sibley, Bairstow, Root, Buttler, Stokes, Woakes, Curran, Archer, Leach, Anderson.
Roy, Foakes, Moeen, Broad and Wood make up the rest of the squad. The only thing I dislike about that line-up is YJB batting at 3 and I dare say he'd also be unhappy with that.
I want Leach because he's the best spinner in the country and a lefty at that, I want Curran for his left-arm swing (and his batting is also handy), I want Archer for his pace.
Agreed with all that... bar the Roy thing, natch! Denly’s actually been quite a good number 3 of late and to be honest the unsentimental decision would be to drop Jonny for him.

I'll be at Day 3 at Edgbaston
Only one with Day 4 tickets remaining is Edgbaston, and I would need to get from the morning after my Brother's wedding near Merthyr Tydfil to Edgbaston for the start of play I'll go to a Day 5 if one of them looks like it's actually going to go to Day 5...

As if you'll still be able to function after a wedding in Merthyr Tydfil

I'm unlikely to survive Merthyr Tydfil.
You'll be fine, i hear they finally left the 80s recently.

I've driven past it quite a few times but never had to actually get out of the car there
Result : Ryde won by 5 wickets - reduced target of 150 from 30 overs due to break for players to watch climax of World Cup Final...which England won...Cricket came home.

In a decent move, the Aussies are having an internal trial match in Southampton to help determine the squad for the Ashes.
Team 1: David Warner, Marcus Harris, Kurtis Patterson, Travis Head (capt), Marnus Labuschagne, Will Pucovski, Alex Carey (wk), Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc, Peter Siddle, Josh Hazlewood, Jon Holland
Team 2: Joe Burns, Cameron Bancroft, Steve Smith, Peter Handscomb, Matthew Wade, Mitchell Marsh, Tim Paine (capt), Michael Neser, James Pattinson, Jackson Bird, Chris Tremain, Nathan Lyon
Wish we did this for every test series.
Personally I think they'd be crazy to pass up Labuschagne. Over 1k runs (albeit in Div 2) and he's spent the last few months here on our pitches.
