I'd win on the basis that it's probably my/our last win in the tourney anyway.

I was surprised to see SL in this pre-qualification stage, I didn't realise they fallen down the rankings quite so much. I'd fancy them to turn over Scotland and probably Afghanistan. I guess with everyone playing each once then there is always the chance that a fairly even league will see the wins split across the teams and you'll only need one shock to make it through.
